Subscription - Letters

You get your coffee sent to your home every month and you don't have to worry about anything. You can choose between all the varieties in our shop and you can change your preference at any time. A short email is all it takes and you will receive different coffees next month.

- This subscription is only available in Germany.

- Please indicate in the "Your message to us" field on which date and with which coffees you would like to start (you will find this field in step 4 at the end of the ordering process)

- The following coffees areexcluded from the subscription: El Paraiso

- If you don't leave us a message, we will select coffees for you and start the subscription immediately

- The subscription expires automatically and does not need to be cancelled (we always get annoyed when we forget to cancel a subscription)

- Shipping is via Deutsche Post

- Some microlots may not be available for the entire duration of the subscription. However, we always try to offer adequate alternatives

Disclaimer:

- Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for any damage that may occur during transport, as the letter is sent directly in the valve bag. If that is too risky for you, we recommend normal shipping. However, 99% of all letters arrive in good condition.

- When sending as a letter, tracking is not possible. Shipping may also take a little longer than a parcel (up to 10-12 days)
