The Volta Blend is a slightly more chocolatey version of the relatively fruity Goodfoot. Here we replace the Ethiopian portion with another 20% Brazil, giving the taste a strong focus on cocoa, hazelnut and honey. The roasting level is the same as for the Goodfoot, so medium to light.
The green coffees we use here are so-called community coffees. These are coffees where several small farmers come together to market their coffees together. This creates very good opportunities for farmers who perhaps only have one hectare or less of land to market their coffees at a good price. The composition of this blend is as follows:

For a very full body and more intensity, we recommend a brewing ratio of 1:2.3 (e.g. 17g powder to 40g drink). If, on the other hand, you want the full sweetness, you should choose a ratio of 1:3 (17g powder / 50g drink)
Import BeanFor the best taste, we recommend letting the coffee rest for 8 days after roasting and then consuming it within 4 weeks. If you order the coffee ground, you should consume it even more quickly, as the aroma will be lost much more quickly.
